Steven R. Flynn — Managing Director
Steven is a finance professional with 25 years' experience in the sector and a network of international partners and clients. He has held senior roles in PwC, Ernst & Young, Credit Suisse Life and Pensions, Fidelity Investments, Maitland Group and Commercial Union as well being a former CEO of the CIM Global Business Companies in Mauritius. A consultant with significant fixed-income and corporate finance experience, Steven is a recognised expert in structured finance, mutual funds and hedge funds, investment-based insurance and reinsurance, private equity structuring, business strategy, business valuations and administration of third-party businesses.
A native English and fluent French speaker, Steven also retains skills in Spanish and German. He has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Bermuda, Canada, Luxembourg, India, South Africa and Mauritius.
Kerin Elizabeth Mamet — Director
Kerin Mamet is a legal professional with more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry. She is a south African National who has acquired Mauritian Nationality. She holds an LLB and was admitted to the High Court of South Africa as an attorney in 1997. She is currently a non-practicing attorney.
Kerin has held senior positions with SuperGroup Mauritius, Investec Bank Mauritius and AFGRI Investments Mauritius as well as independent directorships with RMB Structured Insurance, a division of RMB Holdings, listed on the JSE,and a fund promoted by Nedbank Private Wealth (South Africa). She also acts as Non-Executive director on Companies holding a Global Business Licence as Regulated by the FSC in Mauritius.
Jeet Foolessur — Director of Finance and Operations
As a qualified chartered accountant, Jeet has been working in the financial sector for more than 15 years now. His dedication and enthusiasm has helped him carve his path in this professional world, making him an expert in the field.
As a former Financial Controller in a Multinational company and a member of ACCA, he has gained expertise in managing several audits and finalizing financial statements for different entities simultaneously during the last 7 years, ensuring they are all in line with the global accounting standards as well as the local legislations. Jeet has studied for his Bachelor degree and worked in the United Kingdom, before flying to Maldives Island to work for a renowned hotel group.
